Meet Dr Zahi Hawass in Waterstone's Harrods as he signs copies of his new books A Secret Voyage and Inside the Egyptian Museum
For those of you who are not available to see Zahi at the British Museum on the 8th this is another opportunity to have books signed by both Zahi Hawass and Sandro Vannini.
A Secret Voyage is a limited-edition book which chronicles Dr Hawass’ adventures as Egypt’s real-life Indiana Jones and tells his unique story of discovery and exploration. As Deputy Minister of Culture for Egypt, in 2009 Dr Hawass’ was invited to give a special tour of the pyramids of Giza to President Obama. Produced by Italian craftsmen, A Secret Voyage features images by antiquities photographer Sandro Vannini. Only 750 copies will be printed, and each one will be signed by the author – making it a must-have for collectors.
A display copy of 'A Secret Voyage' will also be available to view and copies will be exclusively be available to purchase at Harrods.
